Rigatoni pasta served with eggplant and fresh mozzarella in a homemade tomato sauce.

Oven roasted salmon served in a red onions marmalade sauce and paired with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach.
Wine: Colline Tuscolane Roveriano
Chocolate cake in a vanilla cream sauce
Wine: L’Armangia Moscato
