There is nothing more special in Raleigh (and in all of NC) than the NC State Fair! We all come together to learn about agriculture, hold the baby chicks, milk the cows and most importantly, eat deep fried foods and immediately jump on head-spinning rides. My favorite part about the state fair is discovering new fried sensations. I love to brag to out-of-staters about eating culinary deliciousness such as deep fried snickers, pecan pie, Oreos, and reese's peanut butter cups. EVERYTHING tastes better deep fried!
When the NC State fair rolls into town, I feel proud to be in NC! I would be the best NC State Fair Deep Fried Ambassador because I love sharing all things NC with people around the world. I encourage everyone to come to NC and join us at the fair and share a deep friend culinary masterpiece!
