Fancy Halloween Food-Michael Dean's

On October 29 at 7:00 PM, Michael Dean's will be hosting "Devil of a Wine Dinner". Guests are encouraged to come in costume and a prize will be awarded to the best one! The Halloween-themed menu is below:


1st Course


Creatures from the Deep Ceviche
Marinated sea scallops, octopus and yellow tail snapper

Paired with Hugh Hamilton “Scallywag” Chardonnay

2nd Course


Pan Fried “Spiders” with Black Fettuccini
Soft Shell Crab with Squid Ink Fettuccini in a roasted red pepper puree

Paired with Villa Wolf Pinot Gris

3rd Course

Oven Baked “Bat Wings” with braised fennel fume
Clove and Black cherry glazed chicken wings

Paired with Longview “Devil’s Elbow” Cabernet Sauvignon

Entrée Course


Silence of the Lamb Chops
Pan seared lamb chops with fava bean salad and Chianti reduction

Paired with Vinaceous “Snake Charmer” Shiraz

Dessert Course


“Jack -O- Lantern” Cheese Cake
Pumpkin cheese cake with candy corn glace

Paired with Alma Negra Sparkling Chardonnay
