Fancy First Friday Dinner

For those of you not in "the know", even though tomorrow isn't technically the First Friday this month, First Friday events will be happening tomorrow. Solas will be hosting the Farm Fresh First Friday dinner. It features 3 courses of locally grown food and costs $50 per person. The menu is as follows:

1st Course
Local Mixed Green Lettuces, Candied Pecans
Celebrity Dairy Goat’s Cheese, White Balsamic Vinaigrette

2nd Course
Bison Striploin, Hilltop Organic Kale,
Spain Farm Shiitake Risotto Cake


3rd Course
Local Blueberry Cobbler with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
