  4. I'd have to say one of the most romantic restaurants in Raleigh would have to be Ruth's Chris in North Hills. My boyfriend and I frequent this spot because of the atmosphere, service, drinks, and food!! We always leave happy and full !

  7. The most romantic restaurant in Raleigh is Dos Taquitos off Creedmoor. That sounds crazy but let me explain: The the dim lit and offbeat atmosphere take you into another world. I prefer the secluded area in the back for an intimate feel and you can just let go and have fun. The food comes in large enough portions that my boyfriend and I share a plate and get close. I have never come out of that restaurant upset! It's really easy to have a great time.
