Good afternoon, ladies and gents! I'm so happy to report that the weather has cleared up a bit here, making this week a fantastic one to enjoy a pint. Fortunately, Raleigh's Downtowner Magazine has released its Best of 2012 list today, and your best beer options are Tyler's Taproom, Flying Saucer, and Raleigh Times. Tonight is pint night at Tyler's Taproom in Apex, where they'll be featuring Big Boss Big Operator, which is seriously delish. So order one and keep the glass! Meanwhile, tomorrow is pint night at the new Tyler's Raleigh location in Seaboard, and it's a special one featuring Saranac brewer Fred Matt from 8:00 to 9:30. Featured pints are the White IPA and the Chocolate Orange Porter (an exclusive)! Tonight is also pint night at Saucer, where most pints are $3, and Thursday is tap night, featuring a rare pour of Olde Hickory Seven Devils this week. And you can never go wrong with The Times on a nice evening- sitting on Hargett Street makes any night a pint night!
