I just found out about something amazing. At the NC Museum of Art's restaurant, Iris, they serve brunch starting right about now. That's not the amazing part. There is a thing on their menu called "Oak City Benedict." I consider myself something of a connoisseur of benedicts, and I can't believe I haven't tried this one yet. It has two poached eggs, rosemary cured ham, and fried green
tomatoes on a grilled sweet potato scallion biscuit with, of course, what they describe as "grainy mustard hollandaise." I have one word: ERMAHGERD! And, if you're a museum member, you get 10% off at the restaurant!
