Summer Wheat Beer Dinner

There's still time to reserve your seat for the Summer Wheat Beer Dinner at The Busy Bee. The dinner takes place on Sunday, July 25th and costs $35 per person. The four courses will be matched with 4 wheat beers. Check out the menu here by Sous Chef Chris MacDougal:

Blanche de Bruxelles-Crudo of local fish, jalapeno, membrillo, tomato, pea tendril, nori

Schneider Weiss- Duck, farro, maple, banana, clove, brussel sprout

Great Divide Dunkel Weiss- Braised beef, mushroom, celeriac, cilantro

Terrapin Gamma Ray- Coconut, kaffir, pineapple, citrus cake, casaba, gamma ray
