Cafe Helios and Fullsteam Brewery will be hosting a 5 course beer dinner on October 30th at 6:30 PM! Tickets are $49 per person and can be purchased at Cafe Helios. Check out the menu:

White wine braised chicken with grilled cinnamon pineapple
Jerk (Jamaican-influenced red ale aged on peppers)
2nd Course
Butternut squash soup with crispy lardons and fried chive batons

Local mixed greens with apple cider and whole grain mustard vinaigrette, whipped goat cheese, shredded radishes

“Common” braised short ribs with pumpkin puree and a fennel ragout
