After yesterday's monumentally significant occasion (Daniel Day-Lewis's birthday, obviously), it seems like a fantastic opportunity to participate in some new traditions and anniversaries. This afternoon is the First Annual Crawfish Boil at Antonio's Gourmet Market in north Raleigh. It starts at noon and goes until the last crawfish is safely entummied. (That's a word. Or should be.) If noon is a bit early for you, Natty Greene's One-Year Anniversary starts at five. There will be live bands and a special Anniversary Sour Ale, so this is not to be missed!
