Triangle Restaurant Week - Caffe Luna

I think the very best deals of Triangle Restaurant Week are the $20 dinners. It's so indulgent to have a fantastic three-course meal, and who needs a better excuse than this? What I love about Caffe Luna's TRW menu is that most of the dishes aren't on their regular menu. Zabaglione is one of my favorite desserts, and let me tell you, it is not always easy to find. Here's this week's choices:

Course 1:
Insalata del Giorno - Garden Salad with Mixed Greens
Insalata di Gorgonzola - Mesculin Greens with Gorgonzola Cheese
Insalata di Cesare - Caesar Salad

Course 2:
Tortelloni di Funghi - Mushroom Stuffed Pasta in a Cremini Mushroom Cream Sauce
Cannelloni di Vitello - Rolled Pasta Stuffed with Veal, Spinach and Parmesan Cheese
Pollo Saltimboca - Lightly Battered Breast of Chicken Sauté in White Wine with Fresh Sage and Prosciutto
Arrosto di Maile Ripieno - Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Apricots, Plums and Pinenuts with a Madiera Mushroom Ragu.

Course 3:
Mousse di Ciocolato
Zabaglione

So, enjoy!
