Oktober is not simply the month of October. It's a whole season of festing, and we're here to give you the skinny on all of the fests coming up! Get started today at Lafayette Village's Oktoberfest celebration, going on until 10:00 tonight. Lots of German fun and prizes, and a polka band plays into the evening. Just in case you're not 100% sold on polka, though, you could always check out Joel Kosche (of Collective Soul) at Deep South at 9:00 tonight. His name sounds German, so it totally counts as Oktobering!
