Today kicks off 10 days of all things bicycle-related with the Oaks and Spokes Bicycling Festival! Meet fellow bike-enthusiasts at the NC State Belltower at 6:30 PM for fun actitivities and giveaways. They will be departing at 7:30 PM for a First Friday ride downtown.
