It seems like there's a party going on EVERYWHERE on New Year's Eve! here are a few:
The Oxford's Cocktail Party + Late Night Party - The Oxford hosts 2 parties on New Year's Eve! The Cocktail Party goes from 6 PM - 9 PM and features hors d'oeuvres and a DJ. Tickets are $20. The Late Night Party starts at 9 PM and features live music. General admission is $20 at the door. VIP tickets are $50 and can be purchased in advance. This gets you access to a private bar and hors d'oeuvres.
Front Row Pass to New Year's Eve - Get the best seat in the house for the acorn drop and fireworks at Common 414! The cost is $25 and includes live music, performances by the Ladies of Vaudeville, and a champagne toast at midnight.
New Year's Eve at Busy Bee - Enjoy a 3-course dinner for $35 with optional beer parings for an additional cost from 5 PM - 10 PM at Busy Bee. Reservations are recommended, so call 919-424-7817. Starting at 9 PM, DJ Blake Burney will start the party in the bee and DJ SPCLGST will be in The Hive. There's a $10 cover that will be waived if you purchased the 3 course dinner.
