1st course (choice of):
Carolina Poutine
Cheese curds, short rib gravy with a leek, scallion & jalapeno saute 
Wedge Salad
Hydro bibb lettuce, apples, prosciutto & blue cheese dressing  


2nd course (choice of):
The Breakfast Burger

5 ox. beef, 5 oz. sausage patty, country ham and topped with a fried egg.
Bruschetta Burger
Ground beef with mozzarella, tomatoes and aged balsamic
Honey Badger Burger
Ground beef with brie, honey glazed onions lettuce and tomato.



3rd course (choice of):
Flourless Chocolate Torte
Apple Pie
