Beer, Bourbon and BBQ - Who doesn't love beer, bourbon and BBQ? You can have all 3, plus music and competitions at The Koka Booth Amphitheater August 3-4th! On August 3rd, there will be a pick pickin'and on Aug. 4th from 12 PM - 6 PM will be the actual festival. You can purchase tickets here.
Industry Night Fundraiser - Gather your friends and head to Tir Na Nog on Sunday, August 5th to raise money for a service industry worker who was in an accident and needs help paying medical bills. We've all been there, so please help out! There will be local bands playing including Richard Bacchus and the Luckiest Girl, Rooster for the Masses and Michaekl Rank and Stagg. Admission is a $5 donation.
Battle of the Bars - Your favorite bars in Moore Square and on Fayetteville St. are competing to see who can throw the best party on Saturday, August 18th at 3 PM! Join this bar crawl and you'll be treated to awesome drink specials and VIP treatment at Isaac Hunter's Oak City, The Big Easy, The Hive, The London Bridge Pub, Rum Runners, Tir Na Nog and The Oxford.
