Poole's Diner is one of Raleigh's really fantastic dinner spots, so you know that when they do an event, it's going to be amazing. Tonight, they are having a "stir the pot" dinner with pit master Pat Martin of Martin's BBQ in Nolensville, TN. When you find out that this includes cocktails, pre-dinner snacks, and a five-course meal with wine pairings for every course, $150 doesn't sound so bad for a seat! It is a bit pricier than a lot of the events we highlight, but when you take a look at the menu, you'll know it's worth it. Apparently, Mr. Martin has cooked for two presidents, so I'm pretty sure the food will be phenomenal. You can get your ticket here - there are still some left!
