Day 4 of Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week

Which Downtown Raleigh Restaurants have you tried so far? Tonight, you should check out Jibarra, one of Raleigh's high-end Mexican restaurants. They have an awesome selection of tequilas! Check out their special $30 menu:

1st Course - Choice of:
Cebiche Clásico
Lime marinated scallops and seasonal white fish mixed with avocado, chile
serrano, tomato, cilantro and onions

Albóndigas
Traditional Mexican meatballs (beef, cumin, onion, mint, rice) served over
mixed vegetables in a light broth

2nd Course - Choice of:
Pescado a la Veracruzana
Pan seared seasonal snapper filet in a slow cooked tomato, onion, olive, and
caper sauce; garnished with a potato crystal and a side of white rice

Birria Jalisciense
Slow cooked chile-marinated lamb shank served in its own juices, with a
pickled onion salsa and white rice

3rd Course - Choice of:

Pastel Tres Leches
Three-milk cake served with a side of homemade cajeta ice cream

Churros con Chocolate
Homemade churros served with a chocolate-chile pasilla mousse
and a chilled Mexican hot chocolate
