Day 6 of Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week!

I tend to overlook this restaurant, so please check out Posta Tuscan Grille tonight for the 6th day of Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week! Here is the $30 prix fixe menu:

First Course - Choice of:

Involtini di melanzane
Stuffed eggplant with ricotta cheese, basil parmesan and tomato sauce

Bruschette with porcini mushrooms
Bruschette with sautéed porcini mushrooms

Burrata con pomodori pachini
Burrata with cherry tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil

Salsiccia con rapini
House made veal sausage with sautéed rapini in light tomato sauce

Second Course - Choice of:

Scaloppine alla piemontese
Veal scaloppini with fontina cheese and tomato sauce

Salmone sous vide con capponata di verdure
Sous vide salmon with aromatic herbs served with zucchini, eggplant and bell peppers

Ravioli all’aragosta
Ravioli stuffed with lobster

Risotto primavera
Risotto with zucchini, carrots, squash, green peas and parmesan cheese

Third Course - Choice of:
Torta della Nonna
Tuscan tart with fresh whipped cream and berries

Tortino cioccolato con gelato alla vaniglia
Warm soft center chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream

Frittelle di Riso
Rice fritters with orange zest and a cinnamon zabaglione
